What if we embraced each hello and goodbye with all of our loved ones this way? What if we treated each day the way it deserves to be treated, like it’s a gift from above.
My husband and son and all of my loved ones are my most treasured gifts. I can’t help but thank God for them multiple times each day.
As I was stirring spaghetti sauce I prayed, “Lord, thank you for the chance to cook for my family. May this be the best sauce I’ve ever made”. What if we cooked like that?
What if when we cleaned the house each day we were thankful we have a home?
I guess God has been showing me lately just how fragile and priceless life is. We truly need to thank God for every gift, great and small, each day.
This old red truck might not be worth much money, but the people in it, are priceless.
What if we remembered this everyday?
I know I’m grateful for a whole heck of a lot.
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
