This man is my hero.
My Daddy has had the hardest year of his life this year and he perseveres in love. He’s helping two of us girls with home renovations right now. I don’t think I’ve seen him smile this much in months. He thrives with his work boots on and a hammer in one hand and black coffee in the other.
He gets up early every day and sets his mind to being a Godly, hard working man no matter how he feels.
He honored my mama till her last breath and still honors her with every one of his breaths. He’s the example each of us girls used when selecting our spouses.
Men….. your role in the home is so important. Don’t take it lightly. Lead your wife and kids well. Your boys and girls are watching and learning.
Women, don’t settle for anything less than God’s best for you. There’s still a bunch of good Godly men out there.
My Daddy is one of them.
